SYAHNAWI’S CREATIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTING COSTUMES

1. Both a Rental Fee and Security Fee must be paid to take out costumes for your one day rental.
2. In Event of Cancellation, the Rental Fee Is NOT REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Syahnawi's Creations is NOT responsible for non-use of costumes or accessories for any reason.
3. A LATE FEE of 50% of the Rental Fee will be paid by rentor for each day after the stated Return Date.
4. All merchandise remains the property of Syahnawi's Creations while in possession of the rentor.
5. Rented merchandise shall be returned in as good condition as when received. In the Event of Damage, Excessive Soil, or Lost Costume Accessories, rentor agrees to pay all charges deemed reasonable by Syahnawi's Creations. Charges are NOT limited to the Security Fee. If charges are not paid, rentor shall be liable for all costs and legal fees to recover damages.
6. In the Event of Loss or Non-Return of Costume, or any rented items, rentor agrees to pay the stated Retail Value, plus all collection, attorney, and court costs necessary to recover items, or satisfy Syahnawi's Creations loss. By law, failure to return rented merchandise is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE. Offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A 50-cent fee is charged for a Missing Hanger.
7. Each costume described above is intended to represent only the character(s) described named and no other character, and shall not be referred to or portrayed as any other character(s).
8. Only cash or money transfers are acceptable as payment, unless agreed to under special circumstances. No cheques or credit cards will or can be accepted.
9. Costumes will only be made available upon confirmation of payment, not before.
10. Costumes and costume accessories rented must be returned the day after the event or earlier, unless agreed to another date and time.
11. The final decision if a specific costume/costume accessory will be rented out, will be decided solely by the owner of the costumes.
12. Valid contact details must be supplied by and of the person renting the costumes/costume accessories.
13. The wearer of the costume(s) must not purposefully damage or make the rented costume(s) more dirty than normal use would do. Damage or missing parts will result in no return of the deposit.
14. Any accidents that happen while wearing/handling a rented costume/costume accessory is the fault of the person(s) causing the accident.
15. Bribes are not considered or accepted under any circumstances. In case of two people wanting the same costume, both would have to negotiate amongst themselves, otherwise the first one who asked for it gets to use it.
16. The owner of the costumes mentioned and/or displayed on this website reserves the right to decide when and to whom a costume will or will not be rented out for a time duration and fee decided upon ahead of time.
17. Costumes lost or badly damaged have to be replaced by the person renting the costume at the time when the damage or loss has happened.
18. Any legal threats or similar action to force the renting of a costume will default in no renting to the person/persons or known related persons doing the threat/action. This is in particular applicable when a costume has already been booked by somebody else for the same time period.

*When enquiring for a costume, please specify what costume and which date to ensure the costume is available for that day.

*New costumes will be added over time based on enquiries made for costumes which are not available and based on how many enquiries are made for a particular costume.
